Ann Halvarsson

Ann has over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. At Infranode, Ann has contributed to strengthening financial processes and improving monitoring and analysis, resulting in better decision-making support and increased transparency in the organisation. She has also been instrumental in streamlining reporting routines and supporting the organisation on financial matters.

Prior to joining Infranode, she worked as a Controller at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, an international real estate company focused on investments in commercial properties. There, she was responsible for budgeting, forecasting and follow-up of service charges and capex for the company’s shopping centres in the Nordic region. Previously, she worked at KPMG as an accounting consultant and at mySafety AB as an accounting specialist, where she built a broad foundation in accounting and financial reporting.

Ann holds an M.Sc. in Business and Economics from Stockholm University. Thai is Ann’s native language and she is fluent in Swedish and English.

Carl-Emil Lindholm

Carl-Emil is a Partner leading Infranode’s investment team, with extensive experience in infrastructure investments across the Nordics and the UK. He has led and contributed to a range of transactions across energy and social infrastructure, including district heating, offshore wind, and community infrastructure.

He has played a central role in investments such as Akershus Energi Varme, Oslofjord Varme, Omsorgsbolig and Alight, as well as advising on large-scale offshore wind transactions. Carl-Emil also serves on the boards of several portfolio companies within Infranode’s platform.

Prior to joining Infranode, Carl-Emil worked with M&A and asset optimisation within a leading European utility, gaining broad experience across acquisitions and divestments in distribution, heat, and renewable energy. He holds an M.Sc. in Finance and a B.Sc. in Finance and Accounting & Financial Management from the Stockholm School of Economics, and completed part of his studies at Macquarie University in Sydney. He is a native Swedish speaker and fluent in English.

Christian is a Founding Partner of Infranode. He has over 15 years of infrastructure sector experience and a total of 18 years international experience in credit structuring, corporate finance and business development across a variety of European jurisdictions.

Christian co-leads Infranode’s activity, chairs its Board of Directors and is a member of its Investment Committee.Prior to launching Infranode, Christian was a Senior Advisor to SEK (Svenskt Export Kredit) Advisory Services, evaluating the setup of an export dedicated infrastructure fund, the Swedish Export and Infrastructure Fund and Head of Corporate Development and Legal at IBS, the Swedish international software company.

From 2001 to 2009, Christian worked in London as VP in the European Infrastructure team of monoline debt guarantor FSA where he was part of many groundbreaking infrastructure and municipal financing structures. He was subsequently a Founding Partner of Arcadium Infrastructure Debt Fund before moving to Sweden. He started his career as an Account Executive in the London office of the Global Financial Risk Practice division at Willis Ltd, where he was primarily responsible for managing the portfolio of insurance and reinsurance solutions targeted specifically at Italian banks.

He graduated from the Universitá Bocconi in Milan with a degree in Financial Markets and Institutions. He later studied at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and the London Business School. He is a native Italian speaker, he is fluent in English and Slovene and has a good knowledge of Swedish and French.

Cornelia Böttiger

Cornelia is responsible for Infranode’s internal and external communication with a focus on establishing and strengthening the company’s reputation. She has over 10 years of experience in communications and branding, including events and project management, with a particular focus on societal stakeholders and critical issues.

Before joining Infranode in 2023, Cornelia worked as Global Head of Communications at healthcare company Kry where she was part of the extended management team. Prior to that, she worked as a Communications Consultant for one of Sweden’s leading communications agencies, Gullers Grupp. Her experience includes running large PR and communication projects, working with policy processes, communication in capital raising campaigns and crisis communication.

Cornelia has an international master’s degree in political science and a bachelor’s degree in strategic communication. She also has a background in sailing and formerly studied business administration and French. Cornelia wrote both of her dissertations on the subject of urban development and sustainability. She is a native Swedish speaker and speaks fluent English.

Daniel Almér

Daniel joined Infranode in 2022 and brings more than 20 years of experience in fund management, corporate finance, and strategic advisory.

Prior to his current position, Daniel held senior roles at Swiftstone, Nyfosa AB, and Stockholm Real Estate, where he was responsible for fund setup, asset management, and valuation processes. He has also served as Director at SECAN Capital LTD, as a member of the valuation and origination team, as well as in advisory roles at Avantus Corporate Finance, focusing on M&A and capital raising across Europe.

Daniel holds an MBA from Regent’s University London, an Executive Finance certification from SSE Executive Education, and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the European University Antwerp.

Elin Larsson

Elin is an Associate in Infranode’s investment and asset management team. Prior to joining Infranode in 2025, Elin worked for about a year in the Strategic Analysis team at Ellevio.

Elin also worked approximately three years at EY’s Valuation and Modeling team with a strong focus on the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. Elin mainly assisted EY’s Corporate Finance team in transaction modeling but also worked with other clients (such as private and municipality owned companies) in building and reviewing financial models.

Elin holds a master’s degree in Finance & Investments from Copenhagen Business School, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lund University. During her master studies she worked part-time at clothing company GANNI’s finance department. She also studied abroad for one semester at the University of Melbourne.

Elin is a native Swedish speaker, and she is fluent in English.

Erik Botnevik

Erik joined Infranode in January 2018 and is a Partner and Head of Investments in Norway and sector Head of Digital infra.

He has over 25 years of investment, transaction, financing, and business development experience, including management positions at Telenor Group, where he was head of the Group’s global investment strategy and portfolio development teams. Erik Botnevik has over 10 years of experience as an advisor on Norwegian telecom, energy, and infrastructure transactions for leading investment banks ABN AMRO, Citi, and SEB. At SEB Corporate Finance in Oslo, he was head of the Nordic telecom advisory and covered Norwegian infrastructure.

He has been on the board of directors in several companies, including Celsio, Tafjord Connect, Oslofjord Varme and Velfra.

Erik holds a B.Sc. from the London School of Economics and an M.Sc. from Cass Business School. He is a Norwegian citizen and is based in Oslo.

Evelina is responsible for Investor Relations and fundraising at Infranode. She has experience from the finance industry, both as an Investment Associate at Infranode but also as a Senior Associate in the Transaction Advisory Team of Grant Thornton.

Evelina joined Infranode as an Investment Associate in 2019. In addition to Evelina’s Investor Relations engagement, Evelina works with ESG-related matters at Infranode.

Evelina holds an M.Sc. in Accounting, Valuation and Financial Management from Stockholm School of Economics, where she also completed her Bachelor studies. As part of an exchange programme she completed a semester at The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business. During her studies, Evelina started her career with internships at Investor and Carnegie Investment Bank in Stockholm. At Investor, Evelina worked with Investor’s portfolio of unlisted investments within Patricia Industries. At Carnegie, Evelina worked with both private and public companies. She is a native Swedish speaker and is fluent in English.

Hanna is responsible for legal matters at Infranode. She has over 12 years’ of experience as inhouse legal counsel and as senior associate at a leading Swedish law firm.

Hanna started at Infranode as General Counsel in the mid of August 2025. Most recently Hanna was legal counsel at SEB Pension och Försäkring AB and before that senior associate in the Funds and Investment team at Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå AB.

Hanna has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Uppsala University.

Jasmin Kotivuori is an Investor Relations Director at Infranode. She brings over a decade of international experience across the Nordics and London, combining expertise in investor relations and business development.

Before joining Infranode in 2022, she worked at Taaleri Energia in Helsinki and spent seven years in London, including four at Foresight Group, a leading private equity and infrastructure manager.   Jasmin started her career at Bloomberg LP working with institutional investors in Finland and Iceland.

Jasmin holds a BA in Business and Management from the University of Exeter. In addition, she completed the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) qualification in 2019. Jasmin is a native Finnish speaker and is fluent in English.

Joel is a Director in the Investment Team and responsible for Infranode’s Swedish investment activities. Joel joined Infranode in 2017 and has ca 10 years of experience from infrastructure investments.

Since joining Infranode Joel has participated and led several investments such as Vandel III, Yilport Sweden and Oslo, Skånska Energi and Loiste.

Before joining Infranode Joel work at Ellevio (formerly Fortum Distribution Sweden) in the Business Development and M&A team. Before Ellevio Joel worked in the Nordic Coverage team at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).

Joel holds a M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Warwick and completed his bachelor studies at Åbo Akademi University.

Johan Medin

Johan is a Partner and has been at Infranode since 2017, with more than ten years of experience working with M&A transactions.

At Infranode, Johan works both with transactions and active value creation in the portfolio companies, with sector responsibility for social infrastructure. He was part of the teams that handled the acquisitions of Velfra and Selmira, as well as Oslofjord Varme, Tafjord Connect and Celsio.

Prior to joining Infranode, Johan worked for three years in Investment Banking at Nordea in Stockholm, where he was involved in a number of M&A transactions and IPOs across various sectors.

Johan holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg. During his studies he worked part-time at the Sixth AP Fund in Gothenburg and completed an exchange semester at Bocconi University in Milan. He is a native Swedish speaker and is fluent in English.

Johan is Partner at Infranode and has over 11 years of experience in infrastructure investments and M&A advisory. During his time at Infranode, he has participated in several processes and transactions in the Nordics. Johan has a particular focus on renewable energy and transition investments. He is chairperson of the board of the Alight portfolio, where he has been active as a board member since 2017.

Johan came to Infranode from Citigroup’s Nordic Investment Banking department, where he worked with Swedish and international acquisitions, divestments, and private placements in various industries.

Johan has an MSc in Finance and Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School with exchange at Singapore Management University. He has Swedish as his mother tongue and speaks English fluently.

Julia Holm Kosulko

Julia is the Head of Sustainability and Operations Manager in the asset management group at Infranode, and has nine years’ experience as a commercial consultant in the energy industry. Julia started working at Infranode in June 2021.

Within these areas, Julia conducted market and commercial analysis, built business plans and commercial models, performed qualitative assessments and data driven analysis.

During the last six years, Julia worked as a commercial consultant, and later on as a commercial lead for due diligence assessments for infrastructure M&As in Nordic and Baltic countries. Julia’s specialty has been volumes projection, pricing strategy, contracts and procurement analysis. Julia responsible for integrity of analysis and a wholistic approach in assessment of current business portfolio, as well as building evidence-based future prospects and value-add initiatives.

Julia holds a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Kyiv University of Construction and Architecture with specialization in heating and ventilation. Julia also has M.Sc.-equivalent education from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Chalmers with focus on strategic assessments within energy field. Also, Julia took several extra curriculum courses related to finance, communication and leadership.

Julia is a native Ukrainian speaker and is fluent in English, Swedish and Russian languages.

Jussi Kärnä

Jussi is a Senior Manager and has over ten years’ experience in various roles in the energy industry. Jussi joined Infranode in 2022. Prior to joining Infranode Jussi worked at Fortum where his career with the company begun in the group Investment and Portfolio Analysis team.

Jussi’s responsibility was investment analysis in the DHC and waste management Business Units, as well as working in other strategic investment projects across Fortum production technologies. Apart from working to improve the fully owned operations, Jussi also supported in management of Fortum’s co-owned district heating companies. Before leaving Fortum, his final role was within the group strategic PMO, where he worked to ensure the realization of the 100 M€/a value creation target for the transformative initiative portfolio announced at Fortum Capital Markets Day in 2020.

Further to his experience at Fortum, Jussi held positions as a desk analyst and trader within proprietary wholesale power trading, where he was trading on exchanges and bilaterally on physical products and analyzing the Western Europe power market fundamentals. Jussi also has experience as a management consultant from Pöyry where he was working for North American client engagements.

Jussi holds an MSc in Finance and Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a BSc from Helsinki School of Economics. Furthermore, Jussi holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. He is a native Finnish speaker and is fluent in English.

Juuso holds an M.Sc. degree in Finance from Aalto University School of Business. He has also studied as an exchange student at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and Luiss University in Rome, Italy.

During his studies, Juuso gained experience within private equity, investment banking, and capital markets through several internships. He is a native Finnish speaker and fluent in English.

Karin Nadal is Head of People & Culture at Infranode, where she focuses on shaping a strong corporate culture and employee experience that supports the company’s long-term performance.

She contributes by developing people strategies that help attract, develop and retain talent, ensuring the organization is well positioned to deliver on its business objectives.

Karin has 20 years of experience working with HR-related topics across a variety of industries. She brings broad expertise within recruitment, employer branding, and strategic HR in growing organizations. Prior to joining Infranode she spent several years within the H&M Group in HR leadership roles. Earlier in her career, she worked in executive search and within professional services. Karin holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Leif is a Founding Partner of Infranode, chairs its Investment Committee and is a member of the Infranode Board. Leif has close to 30 years of experience from the real estate and financial sector.

He spent almost 10 years at the AP funds real estate affiliate AP Fastigheter as Head of Investments and left in 2002 to start Areim, where he now serves as a working board member. Leif’s career started at the listed company Paul Anderson Industrier in Västerås where he worked as an analyst and controller. In 1994, he joined the real estate affiliate of the Swedish AP Funds (1-3) where he shortly thereafter became Head of Investments, a position he held until 2002.

In 2003, Leif founded Areim, as the Nordic operating partner for the Blackstone Group’s real estate activities. In 2005, Areim also partnered with ING (today CBRE GI) to assist in building up their Nordic real estate business. Leif was also one of three founders of JARL AM, the developer of the Stockholm Waterfront Complex.

In 2007, Areim launched its first real estate fund with SEK 2.1 billion in commitments from ATP, APG and GIC. In 2012, its successor fund was launched, Areim II, with capital commitments totalling c. SEK 3 billion, from APG and GIC as well as AP4 and Allianz among others. Today Areim has in total four funds under management with total committed capital of c. SEK 18bn.

In 2002, Leif was one of the founding board members of INREV, the European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles where he served on the board for 8 years. In 2004, Leif became a board member of CA Fastigheter AB, a regional real Estate Company, where he serves on the non-executive board.

Leif holds a Master of Science degree in Building and Real estate economy from KTH, the Royal Institute of Technology, and an EMBA from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Lenita Bengtsson

Lenita has a strong background in the services profession and has been working as an Office Manager/Service Manager at leading advertising agencies since 2004.

Prior to joining Infranode, Lenita’s role included, among other things, personnel responsibility for her group which consisted of receptionists, conference hostesses and janitors. Lenita’s overall responsibility is to make sure that the office environment is well taken care of.

Mads-Christian is part of Infranode’s investment team. Prior to joining Infranode in early 2025, he spent approximately four years at PwC, primarily in the Corporate Finance team, which specialised in energy and infrastructure M&A.

He has advised both local and international investors, including strategic and financial players, on acquisitions and divestments of assets and companies.

Mads-Christian holds a master’s degree in Finance & Strategy and a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Copenhagen Business School. He also completed a semester at Thammasat University in Bangkok, with a focus on finance and accounting.

Markus joined Infranode in January 2024 as Director and Country Manager for Finland.

He has nearly 25 years of international energy infrastructure sector experience spanning from strategy- and management consulting to power plant turnkey contracting-, fuel supply-, industrial & real-estate energy outsourcing- as well as district heating businesses.

For the past 15 years Markus has held various leadership roles including the position as CEO of Nevel Group, an advanced utility infrastructure company. Before joining Infranode, Markus was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company.

Markus has international experience from all the investment project phases, operation & maintenance, both creating and executing strategies, leading change, growth and energy infrastructure transactions.

Markus Hassinen holds a M.Sc. from Lappeenranta University of Technology. He is a Finnish citizen and is based in Helsinki.

Martin Berntsen

Martin joined Infranode in December 2025 and is an Investment Manager based in the Oslo office, where he focuses on Nordic infrastructure investments.

Before joining Infranode, he spent nearly a decade in investment banking at SEB, progressing from Analyst to Director. During this time, he advised on a broad range of M&A and capital markets transactions across infrastructure sectors including digital, energy production, power distribution and transport encompassing several high-profile Nordic deals and multiple public-to-private processes.

Earlier in his career, he gained experience through roles in commercial due diligence, energy market analysis, and academic teaching. Martin holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, including a one-year exchange at the University of New South Wales. He is a native Norwegian speaker, fluent in English, and has basic proficiency in Swedish and Danish.

Martin Ekström

Martin has over 20 years of international industry experience. Martin started at Infranode as Head of Asset Management in the fall 2020.

Prior to joining Infranode, he was Director in the Nordic Capital operations team where he worked together with the management of the portfolio companies to drive value creation. Martin also has also held senior management positions at two Nordic Capital portfolio companies; as SVP Strategy and Business Development at the global metal producer Luvata, and, most recently, as COO of Scandinavian fashion company Gina Tricot.

However he started his industry career in the US, at strategy consultancy Applied Value where he during 10 years eventually became of the New York Office and led large client engagements in the automotive, and whitegoods industries.
Martin has a Doctorate in Engineering from Stanford University where he was a researcher at focusing on technology management in the construction industry.
He also has a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology including scholarship studies at Ecole Polytechnique, Paris.
He is a native Swedish speaker, he is fluent in English and has a good knowledge of French.

Mathilde Meier Mysen

Mathilde Meier Mysen is an Investment Manager at Infranode. Since joining in 2021, she has worked across a broad range of infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on fiber and biogas.

Mathilde has executed multiple transactions within digital infrastructure and biogas, while also being actively involved in investment processes across other sectors. She works across the full investment cycle — from sourcing and analysis through structuring and execution — and remains actively engaged in portfolio ownership and value creation following acquisition.

In her ownership role, Mathilde serves on several boards in Infranode’s portfolio companies, where she focuses on strategic development, commercial initiatives, and performance follow-up in close collaboration with management teams and boards.

Prior to joining Infranode, Mathilde worked as a Senior Analyst in Transaction Diligence at EY’s Strategy and Transactions division in Stockholm. She holds an M.Sc. in Applied Economics & Finance and a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School. Mathilde is a native Norwegian speaker and is fluent in English.

Max Engardt

Max Engardt is an Investment Director at Infranode, focused on originating, executing, and actively managing infrastructure investments, with a particular emphasis on digital infrastructure.

He is responsible for the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and leading transactions and structuring, through to driving value creation and long-term performance in portfolio companies. As of April 2026, he serves on the boards of portfolio companies Altifiber, Sandefjord Bredbånd, Sola Bredbånd, and Vandel. He also serves on the board of Infranode’s fibre platform Nordity Fiber, is responsible for the investment in Skånska Energi, and has previously served on the boards of Yilport Oslo and Yilport Sweden.

Oliver Bergman

Oliver is a Fund Controller at Infranode with over 4 years of experience in accounting and fund administration. Before joining Infranode 2024, Oliver worked as a fund administrator at Apex Fund Services where he was responsible for accounting and quarterly reporting to investors and authorities for Nordic alternative investment funds.

He has previously worked with fund administration at Permian where the focus was on quarterly reporting, preparing notices to investors and answering investor questions. Prior to that, Oliver worked at KPMG with audits of small and medium-sized companies operating in various different industries.

Oliver has an M.Sc. in Business and Economics with a finance focus from Linköping University, his studies include an exchange semester at the University of Ljubljana. Oliver graduated in 2020. His mother tongue is Swedish and he speaks English fluently.

Olof Domander

Olof is a Portfolio Analysis Manager at Infranode with extensive experience in financial modelling and valuation.

He is responsible for internal analysis and evaluation of the performance of the fund portfolios. In addition, he has worked with debt financing processes across several portfolio companies and has been involved in investments within renewable energy. Prior to joining Infranode in 2022, he worked as an equity research analyst at SEB, focusing on small-cap and service sector companies. He has also previously worked within Valuation Services at Grant Thornton, with a focus on valuations related to M&A, capital raising, and financial modelling of derivatives. Olof holds an M.Sc. in Business and Economics with a specialization in Finance from Linköping University. His studies included an exchange semester at the University of Pittsburgh, PA. He graduated in 2020. He is a native Swedish speaker and is fluent in English.

Philip is a Founding Partner of Infranode and the CIO of the business. He co-heads and is involved in all aspects of Infranode’s activity, from fundraising, to deal origination and execution and asset management.

Appointed as Chairman of the Board of Infranode I Holding.

He oversees the origination and business development and is a voting member of the Investment Committee. He has 12 years of infrastructure sector experience in the Nordics and a total of 17 years of experience in investments, M&A, business development and corporate law.

Philip also sits on the boards of Eneo Navitas, Infranode Energi, Loiste holding and is a substitute board member to ElectriCity as well as Yilport Gävle Sweden.

Prior to launching Infranode, Philip was Senior Advisor to SEK (Svensk Export Kredit) Advisory Services, evaluating the setup of an export dedicated infrastructure fund, the Swedish Export and Infrastructure Fund. Philip was a founding partner of Flygplatsuveckling i Sverige AB, an effort to launch a Sweden based long term airport infrastructure investment and management company.

From 2007 to 2012, Philip was Investment and Project Development Manager in Nordic Airport Properties, one of so far few partnerships between the public sector and the private sector for purposes of development and financing of infrastructure in Sweden. Philip’s public private infrastructure experience ranges from operations and project management with deal origination and execution. He was also secretary to the board.

Prior to this Philip was Founding Partner and CEO in a small niche management consulting firm offering M&A related services. In 2002 Philip started his professional career as Associate in the M&A and Banking & Finance teams at Mannheimer Swartling (MSA), a leading law firm in Sweden.

Philip graduated with joint Law (L.LM) and Business degrees (BSc) from Stockholm University in 2002, including scholarship studies at NYU Stern School of Business, NYU School of Law and Bond University in Australia. Pontus focuses on executing new investments and value creation within the existing portfolio at Infranode. He brings experience in infrastructure investing across a range of asset types, including district heating, electricity distribution, social infrastructure, and digital infrastructure.

He holds several board positions in Infranode’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Infranode, Pontus worked at Alecta Kapitalförvaltning, where he was involved in several large-scale investments in critical infrastructure. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics, complemented by studies in law at Uppsala University.

Rebecca started at Infranode in 2021 and, through her previous role at EY, has experience in valuation and modelling, primarily within the energy sector.

At EY, Rebecca worked on several large transactions in infrastructure, including district heating, electricity networks, and renewable energy.

Rebecca holds a master’s degree in business administration with a major in finance from the Norwegian School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Linköping University. Her studies included an exchange semester at UC Berkeley and another exchange semester at Nanyang Business School.

During her master’s studies, Rebecca completed two internships at SEB, focusing on both Corporate Finance and Infrastructure and Project Debt Financing. She also worked part-time at SEB in Linköping during her bachelor’s studies. Rebecca is a native Swedish speaker and is fluent in English.”

Richard joined Infranode in 2022. Prior to joining Infranode, Richard has a background in the Real Estate industry working with Nordic assets and X-border fund structures as a Senior Fund Controller for 3 years at NREP.

Richard has also the experience from working with M&A in the Real Estate Advisory Team within the Corporate Finance Department at PwC. Experience ranges from Sales and Acquisition mandates to Due Diligence, Valuation and Strategy assignments.

Richard holds a M.Sc. in Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) with Real Estate and Construction Economy as alignment.

Samuli is an Investment Manager in Infranode’s investment team. Prior to joining Infranode in 2022, Samuli worked about five years as an investment banker at ICECAPITAL Securities in Helsinki, where he focused on energy and infrastructure sector M&A advisory.

Samuli has advised both local and international investors as well as energy and utility companies.He has experience in numerous prominent M&A transactions and financing arrangements in Finland and elsewhere in the Nordic countries. Samuli has also previous experience in, for example, electricity market analysis at Fortum.

Samuli holds a M.Sc. and a B.Sc. in Industrial Management from University of Vaasa. He has also studied as an exchange student for a semester at the IÉSEG School of Management in Paris, focusing on finance studies. In addition, he has done additional studies in energy technology at LUT University. Samuli is a native Finnish speaker, he speaks fluent English and knows the basics of Swedish.

Silas joined Infranode in November 2021 as a Director and responsible for Infranode’s business in Denmark.

He has more than 12 years of experience with transactions and economic analysis within the energy and infrastructure. He came from a position as Director at Nykredit Advisory, a local M&A advisor solely within energy and infrastructure which he was part of founding. For Nykredit, Silas has advised most major energy and utility companies, Danish pension funds and international infrastructure funds looking at infrastructure investments in Denmark. Silas also carried the general responsibility for knowledge build up and sharing within Energy and Infrastructure across Nykredit’s offering and broader organization. He was part of a business development team that established the ESG advisory unit at Nykredit supporting large corporates improving their ESG rating.Prior to Nykredit Silas worked as chief consultant at the strategic analysis unit for Dansk Energi and has substantial experience from working with a variety of energy sectors and stakeholders.

Silas Harbo has an Energy MBA from Columbia University and a MSc Economics from University of Copenhagen through which he also studied at London School of Economics and at ISCTE Business School in Lisbon. He is a a former military officer with 13 months deployment in Georgia and Danish citizen based in Copenhagen.

Sofia is a Portfolio Analysis Associate at Infranode. She joined the firm in 2023 as an Investment Analyst in the Investment Team and was subsequently promoted to Investment Associate before transitioning her primary focus to Portfolio Analysis in 2026.

Sofia began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citi in London with a focus on the Technology, Media and Telecom sectors and later continued at Citi in Stockholm with Nordic clients.

Prior to joining Infranode, she worked as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture in Stockholm, where her work focused on digitalisation and new technology strategy.

Sofia holds a master’s degree in finance and a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.

During her studies, she completed a number of internships, including Debt Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance at DNB in Stockholm, Investment Banking at Handelsbanken in Stockholm and Investment Banking at Citi in London.

Sofia’s mother tongue is Swedish, and she is fluent in English.

Prior to joining Infranode, Sofia worked in financial communications at a communications agency. Before that, she was a management consultant at Willis Towers Watson, where she specialised in executive compensation. Sofia holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from Linköping University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from the same institution. During her studies, she completed an exchange semester at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. Sofia is a native Swedish speaker, and she is fluent in English.

Vertti is an Investment Associate in Infranode’s investment team. Prior to joining Infranode in 2026, Vertti worked at Advium Corporate Finance in Helsinki, where he focused on M&A advisory.

In his role at Advium, he advised both local and international industrial companies and financial sponsors across a range of private and public transactions.

Vertti holds a M.Sc. degree in Finance from Aalto University School of Business. During his studies, he gained experience through several internships in M&A and public market investing. Vertti is a native Finnish speaker, speaks fluent English and understands Swedish.

Allan Larsson

Senior Advisor

Allan has close to 45 years of experience within the public sector with positions such as Finance Minister, Member of Parliament and Director General of the EU Commission. Allan was involved in the Swedish Infrastructure Commission and is involved in Electricity and has for a longer period been working with sustainability on a local and global level.

Allan started his career as a journalist before his commitments to the IF Metall trade union brought him into politics as Undersecretary of Labour, Director General of the Swedish Labour Market Board, and Member of Parliament. He served as Minister for Finance in the Social Democratic government of Ingvar Carlsson and as member of the General Council of the Swedish Central Bank.

From 1995 to 2000 Allan served as Director General for Employment, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities in the European Commission. Allan has also worked as chairman of Sveriges Television and Lund University. In 2007 he was appointed as the Government’s Chief Negotiator for Sweden’s successful bid to host ESS. Finally, he has been engaged as negotiator for various projects and been a member of international commissions and advisory boards..

Allan is currently involved in the Swedish Infrastructure Commission, member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences, senior advisor to Global Utmaning, a think-tank in Stockholm, and member of Global Utmaning’s advisory board on climate and energy.

Karin has extensive experience from various senior management positions within finance and private equity and was most recently Group CFO at Infranode.

She has also served as CFO and CEO of the regulated AIF manager at Summa Equity, and prior to that she was CFO at Litorina. She has been involved in fundraising both at Summa Equity and at Litorina. In addition to her private equity experience, Karin has worked at PwC both as an auditor and as a management consultant, and has also held positions as Finance Manager and CFO.
Karin holds an MSc in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Christoffer von Schantz

Christoffer has extensive leadership experience in the telecom industry, with a career spanning strategic, operational, and executive roles across the Nordic region. He is an experienced executive with deep knowledge of broadband, media, and telecommunications markets.

Christoffer has held key positions including VP Broadband & TV at Telenor, Chief Strategy Officer at DNA Plc, and earlier roles at Nokia. He has led the P&L of Finland’s largest broadband provider and has been instrumental in driving strategy development, business growth, acquisitions, and one of the largest IPOs in Finnish history. Christoffer also has experience in setting-up two climate tech start-ups
Christoffer holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Physics and Mathematics, with a major in Strategy and International Marketing, from Aalto University.

Jouko Latvakangas

Senior Advisor

Jouko has extensive and diverse experience in the energy sector, and his career includes both operational and executive-level roles in Finland, Sweden, Estonia and Poland.

He has been responsible for major energy production operations and has carried out operating model transformations.
Jouko is currently the Chairman of the Board of Tuusulanjärven Lämpö Group Oy. Previously, he has held key positions, including Production Director at Nevel Oy, where he played a central role in developing a new operating model based on an advanced level of digitalisation and automation to achieve economies of scale across biomass-fired CHP and district heating plants. He has also served as CEO of Maintpartner Oy and held various roles at IVO/Fortum Oyj.

Jouko graduated as an electrical power engineer from the Helsinki Institute of Technology.

Tomi Yli-Kyyny

joins Infranode as Senior Advisor in Finland, strengthening the company’s engagement with the Finnish institutional investor community. He brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience across the energy, infrastructure, and insurance sectors.

Tomi has previously served as CEO of Pohjola Insurance, Vapo (now Neova), and Caruna, Finland’s largest electricity distribution system operator.

Most recently, he served as CEO of Fennia Group until his retirement in 2024 and has also held several board roles, including Chairman of SRV Group.

Hillevi Priscar

With close to 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, Hillevi combines deep technical expertise with senior leadership in project development. Her career spans the full renewable value chain, from early-stage engineering and project delivery to the strategic management of complex energy portfolios.

Most recently, Hillevi served as Country Manager for Sweden at the renewable energy developer OX2. Earlier in her career, she held senior engineering and project management roles at Vattenfall.

In addition, she holds several advisory and board roles within the energy sector, further strengthening Infranode’s renewable infrastructure capabilities.

Thomas Röckert

has more than 30 years of international experience supporting growth, effective price management, sales excellence and strategy execution in industrial companies and private equity-owned businesses.

Thomas is the founder, owner, and CEO of MTSE and MTSI International, an advisory firm focused on revenue management and strategy execution.

He previously served six years as Industrial Advisor to Nordic Capital and has held senior advisory and board roles with companies including Volvo Trucks, Munters, and iBinder Group.

Johannes Lien

Johannes has more than 20 years of experience from the private equity and management consulting sector where he has held leading roles within Summa Equity, as Founding Partner and member of the IC, Director with Altor Equity Partners and consultant with McKinsey & Co.

Johannes has served on the board of directors for several companies throughout his career and have done more than 20 investments in the Nordic private equity market. Amongst others, Johannes led Summa Equity’s acquisition of Sortera (a leading Nordic provider of construction waste solutions) in 2016 and the acquisition Lakers (Northern European aftermarket service provider focused on water infrastructure) in 2018. During his tenure with Altor, his investments and board memberships included: Byggmax, Helly Hansen, SPT Group, Eltek, Navico and SATS.

Johannes has completed a MSc from Norwegian School of Economics and the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Claus Hartmann

Claus has more than 30 years international experience from the European energy sector.

Claus has been part of the senior Management Group and board member for private and public energy utilities as well as independent Power Producer, such as Dong Energy (now Ørsted), Utillity Helsingør, Momentum Energy and Nordic Solar, where he focused on the strategic and commercial agenda. Furthermore, Claus has been an international consultant advising companies and institutions in and around the energy sector in the field of pricing, regulation, trade and risk management, as well as investments in green transformation.

Claus holds a master’s degree in economics (Cand. Polit.) from the University of Copenhagen.

Krister Skålberg

Krister has a long career covering many roles across the Nordic digital infrastructure space. He is an independent consultant with extensive experience in the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) sector.

Krister has spent his whole career in executive management positions for listed companies and in consulting roles in the areas of Transaction Advisory Services and Management Consulting. Over the past five years, Krister has built a technology team within EY’s strategy and transactions in the Nordics. He has led several assignments in strategic and operational areas, such as IT/Technology Due Diligence, and Commercial Due Diligence.
Krister hold a Master of science from the Royal Institute of Technology.

Ulrika Jardfeldt

Senior Advisor

Ulrika has long-standing and extensive experience in the energy and real estate industries from both a Swedish and European level. She was most recently Head of Vattenfall’s business area Heat, in Europe.

Ulrika also has experience from roles such as Head of district heating distribution at E.ON, CEO of the Swedish District Heating Association (today a part of Energiföretagen Sverige), and as Secretary with responsibility for energy and climate issues at the Government Offices, Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation. Ulrika is a board member at Hafslund Oslo Celsio on Infranode’s mandate.
Ulrika holds a Master of Science in aquatic and environmental engineering from the University of Uppsala.
