Most recently, Kajsa worked as Senior Associate in the Financial Services practice group at Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå, a leading Swedish law firm. There, Kajsa worked primarily on regulatory matters relating to fundraisings, transactions, and licensing processes. Kajsa has also served as a judicial clerk (tingsnotarie) at the Stockholm District Court, gaining broad experience across various areas of law.

Kajsa holds a law degree (LL.M.) from Lund University and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law from the Raoul Wallenberg Institute at Lund University (2011–2017). Kajsa has also studied at McGill University, Canada (2014). She is a native Swedish speaker and fluent in English.
