Infranode consists of a team of infrastructure experts with more than 200 years of experience in investing in, owning and managing infrastructure. We also have extensive experience in creating long-term collaborations with both public and private players in the infrastructure sector.
Markus Hassinen
Markus joined Infranode in January 2024 as Operations Director and Country Manager for Finland. He has nearly 25 years of international energy infrastructure sector experience spanning from strategy- and management consulting to power plant turnkey contracting-, fuel supply-, industrial & real-estate energy outsourcing- as well as district heating businesses.
For the past 15 years Markus has held various leadership roles including the position as CEO of Nevel Group, an advanced utility infrastructure company. Before joining Infranode, Markus was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company.
Markus has international experience from all the investment project phases, operation & maintenance, both creating and executing strategies, leading change, growth and energy infrastructure transactions.
Markus Hassinen holds a M.Sc. from Lappeenranta University of Technology. He is a Finnish citizen and is based in Helsinki.
Juuso Keto
Juuso is an Investment Analyst in Infranode’s Investment team. Prior to joining Infranode, Juuso worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Danske Bank’s Corporate Finance team in Helsinki, advising in several M&A and ECM transactions across a variety of industries.
Juuso holds an M.Sc. degree in Finance from Aalto University School of Business. He has also studied as an exchange student at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and Luiss University in Rome, Italy.
During his studies, Juuso gained experience within private equity, investment banking, and capital markets through several internships. He is a native Finnish speaker and fluent in English.
Cornelia Böttiger
Cornelia is responsible for Infranode’s internal and external communication with a focus on establishing and strengthening the company’s reputation. She has over 10 years of experience in communications and branding, including events and project management, with a particular focus on societal stakeholders and critical issues.
Before joining Infranode in 2023, Cornelia worked as Global Head of Communications at healthcare company Kry where she was part of the extended management team. Prior to that, she worked as a Communications Consultant for one of Sweden’s leading communications agencies, Gullers Grupp. Her experience includes running large PR and communication projects, working with policy processes, communication in capital raising campaigns and crisis communication.
Cornelia has an international master’s degree in political science and a bachelor’s degree in strategic communication. She also has a background in sailing and formerly studied business administration and French. Cornelia wrote both of her dissertations on the subject of urban development and sustainability. She is a native Swedish speaker and speaks fluent English.
Karin Cakste
Karin is Infranode’s Group CFO and has over 20 years of experience from various management positions in finance and private equity, focusing increasingly on sustainable investments in recent years.
She joined Infranode in 2023. Karin is part of Infranode’s management team and, in addition to her finance role, focuses on driving Infranode’s growth journey and supporting other business departments.
Previously, Karin worked in Private Equity as CFO at Summa Equity where she was part of the management team and developed the finance department and was CEO for the regulated AIF manager. Prior to that, she was CFO at Litorina. She participated in fundraising in her roles at Summa Equity and Litorina.
In addition to her experience from Private Equity, Karin worked at PwC as an Auditor and as a Management Consultant as well as Finance Manager and CFO.
Karin graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics with an MSc in Business Administration, specialising in Accounting and Finance. She is a native Swedish speaker and speaks fluent English.
Karin Nadal
Karin is Head of People & Culture at Infranode. She has over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources from a variety of industries.
Karin joined Infranode in 2023 and is responsible for developing and implementing Infranode’s employee strategy. With a strong focus on corporate culture and the employee experience, Infranode wants to continue to attract, develop and motivate staff and key employees in order to ensure the company’s deliveries are in line with the business plan.
Karin has a master’s degree in business administration and management from the Stockholm School of Economics. She started her working life as an Executive Search Consultant with a special focus on public sector and tech competences. Karin then worked for Deloitte’s HR department with responsibility for Recruitment and Employer Branding.
For the past 9 years, Karin has worked within the H&M Group in broad roles as HR Manager for two different brands. She is a native Swedish speaker and speaks English fluently.
Sofia Sjerling
Sofia is an Investment Analyst in Infranode’s investment team. Sofia began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citi in London with a focus on the Technology, Media and Telecom sectors and then worked at Citi in Stockholm with Nordic clients.
Before joining Infranode in 2023, she worked as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture in Stockholm, focusing on digitalisation and new technology strategy.
Sofia holds a master’s degree in finance and a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the Stockholm School of Economics. In the course of her studies, Sofia completed a number of internships, including Debt Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance at DNB in Stockholm, Investment Banking at Handelsbanken in Stockholm and Investment Banking at Citi in London. Sofia’s mother tongue is Swedish, and she speaks fluent English.
Oliver Bergman
Oliver is a Fund Controller at Infranode with over 4 years of experience in accounting and fund administration. Before joining Infranode 2024, Oliver worked as a fund administrator at Apex Fund Services where he was responsible for accounting and quarterly reporting to investors and authorities for Nordic alternative investment funds.
He has previously worked with fund administration at Permian where the focus was on quarterly reporting, preparing notices to investors and answering investor questions. Prior to that, Oliver worked at KPMG with audits of small and medium-sized companies operating in various different industries.
Oliver has an M.Sc. in Business and Economics with a finance focus from Linköping University, his studies include an exchange semester at the University of Ljubljana. Oliver graduated in 2020. His mother tongue is Swedish and he speaks English fluently.
Ann Halvarsson
Ann has ten years of financial and accounting experience. Prior to joining Infranode she was Nordic Controller for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.
Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is a global developer and operator of flagship real estate destinations where she had a variety of responsibilities including follow-up of capex and calculation of service charges for Unibail-Rodamco´s tenants. Prior to that she was an Accounting Consultant for KPMG Sweden.
Ann started her professional career as an Accounting Clerk at mySafety AB, a leading international company group in the field of everyday safety and insurance services.
Ann holds an M.Sc. in Business and Economics from Stockholm University. She is a native Thai speaker and is fluent in English and Swedish.
Stefan Stanica
Stefan is an Investor Relations Manager working with investor relations and fundraising. Stefan’s experience within the financial industry ranges from fundraising, leveraged finance, and wealth management.
Prior to joining Infranode in 2024, Stefan worked at EQT Partners in the Client Relations & Capital Raising team, SEB Leveraged Finance, and SEB Private Wealth Management.
Stefan holds a M.Sc. in Engineering/Industrial Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, is a native Swedish and Romanian speaker and is fluent in English.
Carl Johansson
Carl is an Investment Manager at Infranode. Prior to joining Infranode, Carl worked as an Associate Director at Newsec Infra, where he advised on a number of M&A and project finance transactions within Nordic renewable energy, primarily within large-scale onshore wind.
After his graduation in 2017, Carl started his career in the Infrastructure group at PwC Corporate Finance. During his studies, he worked part-time as an Analyst at Infranode and completed an internship at an M&A boutique in Stockholm.
Carl holds a M.Sc. in Accounting and Financial Management from Stockholm School of Economics and a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics from Lund University, including an exchange semester at the University of St Gallen in Switzerland. He is a native Swedish speaker and is fluent in English.
Carl-Emil Lindholm
Carl-Emil is a Partner in charge of Infranode’s Investment team and has extensive experience in infrastructure investments. Since joining Infranode he has participated in several transactions in the infrastructure space both in the Nordics and in the UK.
He project managed the investment into Akershus Energi Varme AS, Oslofjord Varme AS, Omsorgsbolig AS and the initial, as well as follow-on, investment into Eneo Navitas.Together with Christian Doglia he managed the GBP 240m transaction for the Vattenfall owned offshore wind farm Ormonde on behalf of AMF, as well as advised AMF on regulatory and commercial matters in relation to their GBP 300m investment into the Green Investment Bank Offshore Wind Fund.
Carl-Emil serves as a director on the board of Akershus Energi Varme AS, Omsorgsbolig Holding AS, Eneo Navitas AB and Infranode Energi AB (the Infranode holding company for Skånska Energi)
Carl-Emil’s transaction work is mostly focused on Sweden.
Before joining Infranode he worked within the M&A department of the Swedish state owned utility company Vattenfall. He joined Vattenfall after his graduation and held positions in the Asset Optimisation & Trading division in Stockholm and the Production Division in Berlin prior to joining the M&A department in Stockholm. At Vattenfall he worked with both acquisitions and divestments within distribution, heat, hydro, onshore wind and offshore wind.
Carl-Emil graduated from Stockholm School of Economics with an M.Sc. in Finance and a B.Sc. in Finance and Accounting & Financial Management, including an exchange semester at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. He is a native Swedish speaker, is fluent in English and has basic skills in German
Christian Doglia
Christian is a Founding Partner of Infranode. He has over 15 years of infrastructure sector experience and a total of 18 years international experience in credit structuring, corporate finance and business development across a variety of European jurisdictions.
Christian co-leads Infranode’s activity, chairs its Board of Directors and is a member of its Investment Committee.Prior to launching Infranode, Christian was a Senior Advisor to SEK (Svenskt Export Kredit) Advisory Services, evaluating the setup of an export dedicated infrastructure fund, the Swedish Export and Infrastructure Fund and Head of Corporate Development and Legal at IBS, the Swedish international software company.
From 2001 to 2009, Christian worked in London as VP in the European Infrastructure team of monoline debt guarantor FSA where he was part of many groundbreaking infrastructure and municipal financing structures. He was subsequently a Founding Partner of Arcadium Infrastructure Debt Fund before moving to Sweden. He started his career as an Account Executive in the London office of the Global Financial Risk Practice division at Willis Ltd, where he was primarily responsible for managing the portfolio of insurance and reinsurance solutions targeted specifically at Italian banks.
He graduated from the Universitá Bocconi in Milan with a degree in Financial Markets and Institutions. He later studied at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and the London Business School. He is a native Italian speaker, he is fluent in English and Slovene and has a good knowledge of Swedish and French.
Daniel Oxholm
Daniel joined Infranode in April 2022. Prior to joining Infranode, Daniel spent six years at Nykredit Advisory, a local M&A advisor which has a clear focus on Energy and Infrastructure.
Daniel has advised both local and international investors as well as most major energy and utility companies looking at energy and infrastructure investments in Denmark.
Daniel has also worked at Catella Corporate Finance, a Pan-European Real Estate advisor, where he focused on larger transactions in Denmark.
Daniel holds a M.Sc. in Finance and Strategic Management a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration both from Copenhagen Business School. Daniel is a native Danish speaker and he is based in Copenhagen.
Erik Botnevik

Erik joined Infranode in January 2018 and is a Director and Country Lead Norway and sector Head of Digital infra. He has over 19 years transaction and business development experience, including management positions at Telenor Group where he was head of the Groups global investment strategy and portfolio development teams.
Erik Botnevik has over 10 years’ experience as advisor on Norwegian telecom, energy and infrastructure transactions for leading investment banks ABN AMRO, Citi and SEB. At SEB Corporate Finance in Oslo he was head of Nordic telecom advisory and covered Norwegian infrastructure.
Erik Botnevik holds a B.Sc. from London School of Economics and an M.Sc. from Cass Business School. He is a Norwegian citizen and is based in Oslo
Evelina Radgren
Evelina is responsible for Investor Relations and fundraising at Infranode. She has experience from the finance industry, both as an Investment Associate at Infranode but also as a Senior Associate in the Transaction Advisory Team of Grant Thornton.
Evelina joined Infranode as an Investment Associate in 2019. In addition to Evelina’s Investor Relations engagement, Evelina works with ESG-related matters at Infranode.
Evelina holds an M.Sc. in Accounting, Valuation and Financial Management from Stockholm School of Economics, where she also completed her Bachelor studies. As part of an exchange programme she completed a semester at The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business. During her studies, Evelina started her career with internships at Investor and Carnegie Investment Bank in Stockholm. At Investor, Evelina worked with Investor’s portfolio of unlisted investments within Patricia Industries. At Carnegie, Evelina worked with both private and public companies. She is a native Swedish speaker and is fluent in English.
Jasmin Kotivuori
Jasmin is an Investor Relations Manager in the Infranode team with nearly 6 years’ experience from infrastructure managers. At Infranode, she is working with Investor Relations and fundraising.
Jasmin has an international background with relevant experience from London and the Nordics. Before joining Infranode in 2022, Jasmin worked as an Investor Relations Manager at Taaleri Energia in Helsinki. Prior to that, Jasmin worked for nearly seven years in London of which she spent four years at Foresight Group where she was a Senior Business Development Manager. Jasmin started her career at Bloomberg LP working with institutional investors in Finland and Iceland.
Jasmin holds a BA in Business and Management from the University of Exeter. In addition, she completed the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) qualification in 2019. Jasmin is a native Finnish speaker and is fluent in English.
Farid Mountassir
Farid is an Investment Analyst at Infranode with previous experience from the energy sector. Prior to joining Infranode in 2022, Faridworked with sales of energy and utility services and commercial development of energy projects in the industrials and district heating sector at Adven.
Farid has also gained experience in energy and infrastructure M&A and capital advisory during his internship at DNB. Farid has an M.Sc. degree in Engineering from Åbo Akademi University and is currently finishing an additional degree in Finance and Investments at Hanken School of Economics.
Farid has Swedish as his mother tongue and speaks English, Finnish and Moroccan Arabic fluently, as well as basic skills in French and Portuguese
Joel Löfroth
Joel is a Director in the Investment Team and responsible for Infranode’s Swedish investment activities. Joel joined Infranode in 2017 and has ca 10 years of experience from infrastructure investments.
Since joining Infranode Joel has participated and led several investments such as Vandel III, Yilport Sweden and Oslo, Skånska Energi and Loiste.
Before joining Infranode Joel work at Ellevio (formerly Fortum Distribution Sweden) in the Business Development and M&A team. Before Ellevio Joel worked in the Nordic Coverage team at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).
Joel holds a M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Warwick and completed his bachelor studies at Åbo Akademi University.
Johan Medin
Johan joined Infranode in 2017 and is an Investment Director. He has in total more than 5 years of experience working with M&A transactions.
At Infranode, Johan is mainly working in deals relating to Social infra and was part of the deal team managing the acquisition of Omsorgsbolig.
During his time in Infranode, he was also part of the deal team acquiring Oslofjord Varme. In addition to transaction related work, he is also involved in origination efforts within the Social infra space.
Prior to joining Infranode, he worked with Investment Banking at Nordea in Stockholm for 3 years, where he participated in a number of M&A transactions and IPOs in various industries.
Johan holds a M.Sc. from the Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law. During his academic years, he worked part-time at the Sixth Swedish National Pension Fund and additionally has experience from internships within Investment Banking at Barclays in London and Carnegie in Stockholm. He has also studied an exchange semester at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. He is a native Swedish speaker and is fluent in English
Julia Cronholm Andersdotri
Julia joined Infranode in April 2022 as an Office Coordinator. Her main areas of work are to ensure a well-functioning office environment and coordinate events and happenings.
She has over 10 years of experience in coordinating and has previously had responsibility for receptionists, store managers and worked as an administrator in invoice lending.
Julia is a native Swedish speaker and is fluent in English.
Johan Tiselius
Johan is Head of Sustainability at Infranode and has over 8 years of experience in infrastructure investments and M&A advisory. During his time at Infranode, he has participated in several processes and transactions in the Nordics.
As Head of Sustainability, Johan is responsible for Infranode’s overall sustainability strategy but also works with transactions and business development in the Nordics with a particular focus on renewable energy and transition investments. Johan is chairperson of the board of Alight II AB, where he has been active as a board member since 2017.
Johan came to Infranode from Citigroup’s Nordic Investment Banking department, where he worked with Swedish and international acquisitions, divestments, and private placements in various industries.
Johan has an MSc in Finance and Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School with an exchange semester at Singapore Management University. He has Swedish as his mother tongue and speaks English fluently.
Jussi Kärnä
Jussi is a Senior Manager and has over ten years’ experience in various roles in the energy industry. Jussi joined Infranode in 2022. Prior to joining Infranode Jussi worked at Fortum where his career with the company begun in the group Investment and Portfolio Analysis team.
Jussi’s responsibility was investment analysis in the DHC and waste management Business Units, as well as working in other strategic investment projects across Fortum production technologies. Apart from working to improve the fully owned operations, Jussi also supported in management of Fortum’s co-owned district heating companies. Before leaving Fortum, his final role was within the group strategic PMO, where he worked to ensure the realization of the 100 M€/a value creation target for the transformative initiative portfolio announced at Fortum Capital Markets Day in 2020.
Further to his experience at Fortum, Jussi held positions as a desk analyst and trader within proprietary wholesale power trading, where he was trading on exchanges and bilaterally on physical products and analyzing the Western Europe power market fundamentals. Jussi also has experience as a management consultant from Pöyry where he was working for North American client engagements.
Jussi holds an MSc in Finance and Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a BSc from Helsinki School of Economics. Furthermore, Jussi holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. He is a native Finnish speaker and is fluent in English.
Katrin Salwén
Katrin Salwén has over 20 years’ of experience as General Counsel, Head of Legal and at leading international and Swedish law firms. Katrin started at Infranode as General Counsel at the end of May 2022.
She most recently was Group General Counsel at Camfil where she was responsible for the legal function of the world leader in clear air solutions with 4,700 employees and presence in 33 countries.Before that Katrin was Head of Legal at Keolis Sverige AB with 6,000 employees, the largest subsidiary of a French group in the transport industry with international presence and 60,000 employees. Katrin has also worked at leading international and Swedish full-service law firms.
Katrin is a native Swedish speaker, is fluent in English and has good knowledge of French.
Julia Holm Kosulko
Julia is the Senior Sustainability Manager and Operations Manager in the asset management group at Infranode, and has nine years’ experience as a commercial consultant in the energy industry. Julia started working at Infranode in June 2021.
Within these areas, Julia conducted market and commercial analysis, built business plans and commercial models, performed qualitative assessments and data driven analysis.
During the last six years, Julia worked as a commercial consultant, and later on as a commercial lead for due diligence assessments for infrastructure M&As in Nordic and Baltic countries. Julia’s specialty has been volumes projection, pricing strategy, contracts and procurement analysis. Julia responsible for integrity of analysis and a wholistic approach in assessment of current business portfolio, as well as building evidence-based future prospects and value-add initiatives.
Julia holds a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Kyiv University of Construction and Architecture with specialization in heating and ventilation. Julia also has M.Sc.-equivalent education from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Chalmers with focus on strategic assessments within energy field. Also, Julia took several extra curriculum courses related to finance, communication and leadership.
Julia is a native Ukrainian speaker and is fluent in English, Swedish and Russian languages.
Leif Andersson
Leif is a Founding Partner of Infranode, chairs its Investment Committee and is a member of the Infranode Board. Leif has close to 30 years of experience from the real estate and financial sector.
He spent almost 10 years at the AP funds real estate affiliate AP Fastigheter as Head of Investments and left in 2002 to start Areim, where he now serves as a working board member. Leif’s career started at the listed company Paul Anderson Industrier in Västerås where he worked as an analyst and controller. In 1994, he joined the real estate affiliate of the Swedish AP Funds (1-3) where he shortly thereafter became Head of Investments, a position he held until 2002.
In 2003, Leif founded Areim, as the Nordic operating partner for the Blackstone Group’s real estate activities. In 2005, Areim also partnered with ING (today CBRE GI) to assist in building up their Nordic real estate business. Leif was also one of three founders of JARL AM, the developer of the Stockholm Waterfront Complex.
In 2007, Areim launched its first real estate fund with SEK 2.1 billion in commitments from ATP, APG and GIC. In 2012, its successor fund was launched, Areim II, with capital commitments totalling c. SEK 3 billion, from APG and GIC as well as AP4 and Allianz among others. Today Areim has in total four funds under management with total committed capital of c. SEK 18bn.
In 2002, Leif was one of the founding board members of INREV, the European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles where he served on the board for 8 years. In 2004, Leif became a board member of CA Fastigheter AB, a regional real Estate Company, where he serves on the non-executive board.
Leif holds a Master of Science degree in Building and Real estate economy from KTH, the Royal Institute of Technology, and an EMBA from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Lenita Bengtsson
Lenita has a strong background in the services profession and has been working as an Office Manager/Service Manager at leading advertising agencies since 2004.
Prior to joining Infranode, Lenita’s role included, among other things, personnel responsibility for her group which consisted of receptionists, conference hostesses and janitors. Lenita’s overall responsibility is to make sure that the office environment is well taken care of.
Lenita is a native Swedish speaker and is fluent in English.
Linnea Jansen
Linnea joined Infranode´s Asset management team in May 2022. Before Linnea joined Infranode, she worked at Statkraft, the largest power group in Norway.
For the last 8 years she worked in the industrial ownership unit, which is responsible for Statkraft’s ownerships in other Norwegian power groups. She has been board member and head of the audit committees of Agder Energi, Eviny and board member of Lede (DSO). At Statkraft she has also worked with financial planning, risk management and internal audit. In addition, she has experience as a consultant at Econ Pöyry and Capgemini.Linnea was educated at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (M.Sc. Industrial Economics, 2002) and the Norwegian School of Economics (cand merc, finance, 2004). She is based in Oslo.
Mathilde Meier Mysen
Mathilde is a Senior Investment Associate at Infranode with previous experience within the M&A field. Prior to joining Infranode in 2021, Mathilde worked as a Senior Analyst in the Transaction Diligence team in EY’s Strategy and Transaction department in Stockholm.
Martin Ekström

Martin has over 20 years of international industry experience. Martin started at Infranode as Head of Asset Management in the fall 2020.
Prior to joining Infranode, he was Director in the Nordic Capital operations team where he worked together with the management of the portfolio companies to drive value creation. Martin also has also held senior management positions at two Nordic Capital portfolio companies; as SVP Strategy and Business Development at the global metal producer Luvata, and, most recently, as COO of Scandinavian fashion company Gina Tricot.
However he started his industry career in the US, at strategy consultancy Applied Value where he during 10 years eventually became of the New York Office and led large client engagements in the automotive, and whitegoods industries.
Martin has a Doctorate in Engineering from Stanford University where he was a researcher at focusing on technology management in the construction industry.
He also has a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology including scholarship studies at Ecole Polytechnique, Paris.
He is a native Swedish speaker, he is fluent in English and has a good knowledge of French.
Max Engardt
Max is a Senior Manager at Infranode with extensive experience as a strategy consultant and in the telecoms industry. Max joined Infranode in the spring 2021.
Prior to joining Infranode, Max worked at Telia Company, firstly, as a Management Associate where he supported and worked closely with the Group Executive Management and Board, reporting to the Group CEO and the Head of CEO Office. Secondly, Max was responsible for the fiber business towards property owners in Sweden.
Max started his career within management consulting at Accenture Strategy, working in a wide range of industries including healthcare, telecom and construction. His functional focus was digitalization and technology strategy.
Max holds a M.Sc. in Engineering Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) with a specialization in discrete mathematics and theoretical computer science.
During his studies, Max spent an exchange semester at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and did several teaching assignments as well as internships, including an internship for Atlas Copco in Hyderabad, India. He is a native Swedish speaker and is fluent in English.

Allan Larsson
Allan has close to 45 years of experience within the public sector with positions such as Finance Minister, Member of Parliament and Director General of the EU Commission. Allan was involved in the Swedish Infrastructure Commission and is involved in Electricity and has for a longer period been working with sustainability on a local and global level.
Allan started his career as a journalist before his commitments to the IF Metall trade union brought him into politics as Undersecretary of Labour, Director General of the Swedish Labour Market Board, and Member of Parliament. He served as Minister for Finance in the Social Democratic government of Ingvar Carlsson and as member of the General Council of the Swedish Central Bank.
From 1995 to 2000 Allan served as Director General for Employment, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities in the European Commission. Allan has also worked as chairman of Sveriges Television and Lund University. In 2007 he was appointed as the Government’s Chief Negotiator for Sweden’s successful bid to host ESS. Finally, he has been engaged as negotiator for various projects and been a member of international commissions and advisory boards..
Allan is currently involved in the Swedish Infrastructure Commission, member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences, senior advisor to Global Utmaning, a think-tank in Stockholm, and member of Global Utmaning’s advisory board on climate and energy.
Anders Olsson
Senior Advisor and member of the investment committee
Anders is a Senior Advisor to Infranode and a voting member of its investment committee. He has close to 35 years of experience from the energy sector in the Nordics including electricity distribution and heat, with 10 years in leading positions at E.ON as well as a member of the board in the Swedish Energy Association.
Anders served as CEO for E.ON’s Swedish electricity distribution business area from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, he was appointed Senior Vice President and member of the management board of E.ON Nordic operations with responsibility for the electricity distribution, heating and gas businesses. He continued to the position as Deputy CEO and member of the global top management team of E.ON Nordic, a position he held from 2010 to 2015.
From 2003 to 2006 Anders served as CEO at ElektroSandberg AB (later renamed to ONE Nordic AB), a leading engineering and construction company delivering turnkey solutions and services to the power and manufacturing industry, where he previously had been Deputy CEO and had various leading positions.
Anders has also been a board member at the Swedish Energy Association between 2006-2015 (since 2011 as deputy chairman) and Eurelectric, the European energy industry organisation, between 2011 and 2015. During 2012-2015 he was also a board member at Global Utmaning, a Stockholm-based think tank.
Anders has an Executive MBA from Lund University.
Göran Honga
Göran has had a diverse career, having held leadership positions in both property construction companies and the municipal sector. He served as a mayor and was appointed as the director of a hospital district in the Ostrobothnia region of Finland.
His commitment to public healthcare administration is further underscored by his appointments to government-organized task forces and committees, including the one that played a pivotal role in preparing for the latest healthcare reform in Finland.
Göran currently serves as the Chairman of the Board at Suomen Hyvinvointikiinteistöt SHK, where he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from both the real estate and public administration sectors. He holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from the Helsinki University of Technology.
Hannu Leskinen
Hannu has a long and diverse career spanning multiple leadership roles within municipalities and the government, with a primary focus on the healthcare industry since the late 1980’s.
Over the course of his professional journey, Hannu has accumulated a wealth of experience and expertise in navigating the Finnish healthcare administration and policy. The last formal role he held with the municipal healthcare sector was as the Director of the Northern Ostrobothnia hospital region. In this position he played an instrumental role in shaping the healthcare reform in Finland.
Hannu is a Board member at Suomen Hyvinvointikiinteistöt SHK. He holds a master’s degree in social sciences from the University of Tampere, and a Doctors degree in Social Sciences and Healthcare Administration from the University of Kuopio.
Krister Skålberg
Krister has a long career covering many roles across the Nordic digital infrastructure space. He is an independent consultant with extensive experience in the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) sector.
Krister has spent his whole career in executive management positions for listed companies and in consulting roles in the areas of Transaction Advisory Services and Management Consulting. Over the past five years, Krister has built a technology team within EY’s strategy and transactions in the Nordics. He has led several assignments in strategic and operational areas, such as IT/Technology Due Diligence, and Commercial Due Diligence.
Krister hold a Master of science from the Royal Institute of Technology.
Lauri Virkkunen
Lauri has more than 30 years of experience in the Nordic energy sector of which he spent more than 10 years as a CEO of major energy companies. Lauri has been, among other things, the CEO of Pohjolan Voima and Vattenfall Finland.
Lauri has decades of experience and know-how of managing energy companies and advises Infranode on energy investments in Finland in particular. Before the CEO appointments, he held various positions with increasing responsibility in the energy sector.
In addition to his operative assignments, Lauri has held a number of board positions in energy companies both in Finland and Sweden. Currently, Lauri serves on the board of directors of Vantaan Energia Keski-Uusimaa, a district heating company that Infranode, Vantaa Energy and Keva acquired from Fortum recently.
Lauri holds Master of Science Degrees in Engineering as well as Economics.
Niels Vallø
Niels has more than 40 years of experience from the shipping, port and logistics sector, and spend 17 years in CEO positions, recently as CEO for Port of Helsingborg from 2013 to 2018. Under his leadership the port made a turnaround and cemented its position as number 2 container port in Sweden.
More than 35 years in the A.P.Møller – Maersk group included postings abroad to Saudi Arabia, Iran, Spain and 3 years in Chile as CEO for the 5 Maersk companies active in the country.
European rail transport was actively developed in the years 1990 to 1995, as CEO of the Maersk owned company Skandi A/S, having Ikea as main customer in Europe. At the Maersk head office Niels was chief operating officer for the Maersk Line container vessel fleet from 1995 to 1998 and part of the group that initiated what is today known as APM Terminals. Green field container terminals were developed in Salalah, Tangier, Bremerhaven and joint venture facilities established in Italy and Far Eastern ports.
An opportunity in 2008 resulted in the position as CEO of Cargo Service Holding A/S operating a container terminal and stevedore operation in Århus and the logistic IT company PicIt.
Board positions have been held in Norfolk Line BV, Maersk Chile companies as well Salalah Port Services and Inport Intelligent Port Systems AB.
Niels was until recently honorary consul for Denmark in Helsingborg.
Niels has a bachelor graduation from Copenhagen Business School and attended senior management programs at Insead as well as Stanford Business School.
Ulrika Hasselgren
Ulrika has decades of experience and knowledge of responsible investments, ESG management and leadership. In 1999, she founded Ethix and, together with Seventh AP Fund, developed an analysis model and strategy for responsible investments that became a standard in the market.
In 2015, Ethix was sold to US corporate governance giant ISS and Ulrika joined the management team and worked globally until she was recruited to Danske Bank in Copenhagen in 2018 as global head of sustainable investments. Today, Ulrika is head of sustainability and a board worker in the Coeli Group.
As an experienced sustainability expert, Ulrika contributes to the continuous development of the sustainability issues that are so important to Infranode and supports the ambition to be the obvious, long-term, responsible owner of sustainable infrastructure.
Ulrika Jardfeldt
Ulrika has long-standing and extensive experience in the energy and real estate industries from both a Swedish and European level. She was most recently Head of Vattenfall’s business area Heat, in Europe.
Ulrika also has experience from roles such as Head of district heating distribution at E.ON, CEO of the Swedish District Heating Association (today a part of Energiföretagen Sverige), and as Secretary with responsibility for energy and climate issues at the Government Offices, Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation. Ulrika is a board member at Hafslund Oslo Celsio on Infranode’s mandate.
Ulrika holds a Master of Science in aquatic and environmental engineering from the University of Uppsala.
