Infranode’s Julia Holm Kosulko named Sweden’s Sustainability Leader 2025
Infranode’s Head of Sustainability Julia Holm Kosulko has been named Sweden’s Sustainability Leader 2025 by industry magazine Aktuell Hållbarhet.
Sweden’s Sustainability Leader award has been presented by Aktuell Hållbarhet since 2014 and is today regarded as one of Sweden’s most prestigious sustainability prizes. The award recognises sustainability managers whose leadership, strategic drive and capacity for innovation create clear value for both their organisations and society.
Julia Holm Kosulko joined Infranode in June 2021. An engineer by training, she brings broad energy expertise combined with almost a decade of experience in commercial and strategic advisory roles. Since joining Infranode, Julia has been a key driver of the company’s sustainability efforts, one of the cornerstones of our business strategy. By introducing robust sustainability processes and setting clear targets that unite our portfolio companies, partners and investors, she has contributed significantly to securing the long-term value of our portfolio.
“I feel proud and honoured. For me, strong and persistent sustainability work goes hand in hand with a resilient and profitable core business,” says Julia Holm Kosulko.
During 2024 and 2025, Julia played a leading role in advancing Infranode’s journey towards Net Zero. Among other initiatives, she designed the firm’s decarbonisation framework, which enables commercial decision-making while leveraging local opportunities identified by portfolio company management. Today, 15 of Infranode’s 20 portfolio companies have Net Zero roadmaps approved by their respective boards, with the remaining companies expected to progress during the coming year. By using Net Zero roadmaps as a practical tool, Infranode is systematising decarbonisation to create long-term value for both its infrastructure portfolio and the societies it serves.
“Julia being named Sweden’s Sustainability Leader 2025 is a strong recognition of her leadership and of Infranode’s long-term commitment to responsible infrastructure investment. She plays a central role across both our portfolio and the Infranode team, delivering impact that supports the Nordic energy transition,” says Christian Doglia, CEO and Founding Partner of Infranode.
