Infranode appoints senior digital infrastructure experts to portfolio companies’ boards
Infranode strengthens its team to support its growing digital infrastructure portfolio in Norway. Christina Endresen has been appointed Chair of Sandefjord Bredbånd, while Camilla Amundsen will take on the roles of Chair of Sola Bredbånd and board member of Altifiber. Both will serve in these roles under an Infranode mandate.
Over recent years, Infranode’s digital infrastructure portfolio has grown significantly through investments in several companies across the Nordic region. The company takes an active role in the management and value creation of its assets through direct involvement on the boards of its portfolio companies. With the appointments of Christina Endresen and Camilla Amundsen, Infranode is further reinforcing its commitment to supporting portfolio companies.

Christina Endresen assumes the role of Chair of Sandefjord Bredbånd. Currently the Program Director at Technology Avinor AS, Christina is an experienced leader, board member, and advisor in the telecom industry. She has held several senior positions, including CEO and SVP at Telenor Towers and Telenor Infra AS.

Camilla Amundsen has taken on the roles of Chair of Sola Bredbånd and board member of Altifiber. Camilla is the Group CEO of Miles AS and brings extensive leadership experience, having previously served as SVP/CMO at Telenor TV and Broadband, CEO at Talkmore and Lyse IT, and Director at Altibox.

Sandefjord Bredbånd is the leading owner of fiber infrastructure in Sandefjord municipality. The company was founded by the municipality in 2004. Sandefjord Bredbånd serves more than 17,000 private customers and approximately 800 business customers. Since May 2024, Infranode owns 90% of Sandefjord Bredbånd together with its partner Lyse which owns the remaining 10%. Sola Bredbånd is the leading dark fiber infrastructure owner in the municipality of Sola, located in the greater Stavanger region in western Norway. The company was established by the municipality of Sola in 2003. The network consists of c. 580 km of fiber cabling and 17 colocation sites. Infranode owns 100% of Sola Bredbånd since the acquisition in December 2022 and is actively working with the company to continue to deliver high speed fiber to the residents of Sola.
