He has participated in a number of M&A transactions across various industries including an unsuccessful bid for a major asset in the transport infrastructure sector.After his graduation in 2016, Niikka joined UBS Investment Bank where he participated in a number of buyside M&A transactions involving financial sponsors. Most recently he worked at Aventum Partners and participated in several Nordic M&A transactions.

Niikka holds a M.Sc. in Financial Economics from Hanken School of Economics and a B.Comm in Finance from John Molson School of Business. His studies included an exchange semester in Shanghai at ESSCA. Niikka is a native Finnish speaker and is fluent in English with basic skills in Swedish and French.
